Foot locker return?

If there is evidence os wear, you m ight not be able to return them. Last December I bought a pair of boots at Sears. Turns out that "fashion boots" is pretty code for "Boots for girly girls who sit on their butts all day and try and look pretty and don't actually go out into the world and do things." I wore the boots once and found out they weren't waterproof when I wore them in a slush storm. I tried to return them with that complaint, and could not do so. Unfortunately, I never wrote a letter of complain to corporate. However, I'll buy some waterproofing spray for them and hope for the best.

You could try it, but you might be stuck with them.
