I've heard many guys say that they don't like girls who are too easy but they don't like it when girls are hard to get, so how are you supposed to be in the middle? I don't want to come off as too easy but I don't want to make it seem like I don't even like him...?

The real issue is not to play games. If you are interested, then be interested. You aren't easy if you are interested. Just don't gush about it. And playing hard to get is so annoying. It's game-playing, and most guys hate that.
Just be real, and open and honest. And don't pretend. Be yourself.

To a mature guy "easy" does not apply because we are not dating her because we only want sex (dating has stopped being about getting to know someone and has become a way to have guilt free sex)
Hard to get says she is not interested that playing games is more important than being with me and how do you distinguish between playing games and genuine disinterest???
I dont bother if she is acting disinterested then I move on
there is more than enough challenge in being in a romantic relationship
to me the only guys that chase are the players because they dont care about the lady
