How much do you think I could get for my used msi gt70 20c-59us laptop?

Given the increasing battle from OEMs to dominate market share the price of current models has been on a downward trend for the better part of the last 5 years.

The amount you could get would depend on whether:

*it is still available for sale

*it is still under warranty / has extended warranty

*it has has any (even slight cosmetic) damage

*it still retains it's factory OEM preloaded installation of Windows

*the battery has been cycled well through it life

*the model has had any factory recalls

Also the level of depreciation compared to current right-now hardware specs.

Considering that you can still buy your model for around $1850-$2000 I would guess the following amounts for private sale on ebay etc:

$1100-

mint condition as far as the eye can see, preloaded Windows/recovery partition intact, still has at least 6 months warranty/extended warranty.

$800 -

Mint condition to extremely good, out of warranty.

At the end of the day you could always find some gullible person who will buy it for more.

As a guide check against hardware equivalent models from Razer, Dell etc on eBay etc to see what the competition is.
