Does anyone else in the peri menopause get this?
Each month just before my period, I start to ache all over, from my neck to my ankles. It's muscular pain that is helped by hot baths or massage. Anyone else experienced this?

No didnt get that, all I have been getting for the past few years is the hot flushes
