how should we Answer a WAR?

The way you answer to a war declared on you is you mobilize what you have and beat them to dust. Nobody truly won a war by a draw, it was by complete destruction. That's why WW2 came around. We didn't knock out the Nazi whacks the first time and more blood had to be spilt.

If the country is attacked, fight back without mercy. Ideally, the government would simply nuke aggressive states, or at least carpet bomb their cities. If the enemy isn't a member of the Geneva Convention, anything goes: Dumdum bullets, mustard gas, execution of prisoners as bandits, and hostage taking
