Dry ice sublimes at −78.5 °C (−109.3 °F) at Earth atmospheric pressures. You can cool water ice to any temperature, but when the dry ice is removed, the water ice will warm up until it reaches 32F(0C), and maintain that temperature until it is melted (assuming that the surrounding temperature is above 32F).

"Dry ice", which is solid carbon dioxide, sublimes at −78.5 °C (−109.3 °F) at Earth atmospheric pressures, so just surround the ice with the "dry ice".
