Can a US company change invoice dates without notice?
Is a company in the USA allowed to bring forward a monthly invoice date without notifying the payer if if does not stipulate that they can make changes without notice and consent in their terms?
The company in question has a Billing and Payment section in their terms of service and the payments are prepayments for a monthly service. At no point do they mention anything about making changes without prior consent or notice. In fact there is no mention of changes to payment dates at all.
