Is it possible for me to get into UT Austin?
So am planning to transfer to UT Austin. The admission seems very competitive. I will make sure that i maintain my GPA above 3.0 and will do some community works. I have to take Calculus and i am really not that good in math so does it matter if i make a C in my math class even tho i will try my best for an A. I really want to get into this university. Do i need pre cal for Calculus 1? can i take analytic geometry for cal 1 instead of pre cal? is it a good idea to take cal 1 on summer?

Although UT accepts over 16,000 students each year and admits over 7,000, I doubt you would be one of them.
Why? The qualifications to get into UT are harder than most schools. You didn't tell us anything about your background and expected us to know if you would be accepted at UT. If this is your thought process, you don't have what it takes to be accepted.
