Is it possible to change your electives in Middle School?
Okay so I started 7th grade last week and my elective is Video Productions. The teacher gets angry a lot and the children that sit around me are rude and disrespectful. I prefer to be in the other elective, Music Appreciation - I know the teacher (he is nice and funny), and I like all aspects of music, plus I play an instrument (harmonica), so I'd like to take the class. Is it too late to change? How would I do this? Thanks!

Yes. Get your parents to write a letter to the school, saying that they want (your name) to be taken out of video productions and placed into music appreciation. Have them sign it at the bottom and give it to the secretary. She will give the letter to whoever it needs to go to and they will switch your class. I have done this multiple times before.

Talk to your councilor and ask to change. You may be charged a fee to change but they will usually do it.
