Ok so my NYR was to lose 30 pounds because I'm a little overweight. I'm pretty active and exercise often, but it's been months and I have lost any, but I've actually gained a few pounds. Then I realized how I'm not eating healthy and binge too much. Can any give me a sample menu plan for a day of when and what I would eat at what time? I'm female and 5'9 btw. Thankssss!

I'll be taking tumbling classes for the first time next week. I have no experience at all – I can barely do a cartwheel. I'm in the seventh grade and my height is 5'5" (would that be a problem???). Also what will I learn in the first class? Thx

So I just turned 12 three days ago (yay! 🎉) and I've been thinking of trying tumbling. I did cheerleading briefly when I was 6 but quit (I don't know why, I regret it now). So I am 5'3" and I weigh 115 pounds - am I too big to tumble? I can't even do a handstand, let alone a cartwheel or handsprings. I stretch each day and ride my bike from school. I think I am pretty fit. Where I live there are 2 gymnastics centers and an all-stars cheer studio that offers tumbling classes. Please help! I'd like everyone's input. Thanks!

Okay so I started 7th grade last week and my elective is Video Productions. The teacher gets angry a lot and the children that sit around me are rude and disrespectful. I prefer to be in the other elective, Music Appreciation - I know the teacher (he is nice and funny), and I like all aspects of music, plus I play an instrument (harmonica), so I'd like to take the class. Hi. I currently live in Sacramento, about 1 1/2 hours from San Francisco and the Bay Area. My dad recently began to commute to San Francisco for his job, which is permanent. Each day he wakes up at 4:30am and takes a van pool to San Francisco & Concord at 6:00am. He doesn't get home until 6:40-7:00pm, sometimes even later if there is heavy traffic. Each night he goes to bed at 9:00pm and takes a shower prior, leaving him barely any free time to do something. I really think we should move to San Francisco or any city in the Bay Area. I was born and raised in Berkeley and so we have lots of family & friends in the area. Also, if we moved my mom would be able to keep her job because the office headquarters are in Fremont. I don't like it at all, where I live, in Sacramento. I have many friends all throughout the Bay Area and all most of my family members live there and we only see each other for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I feel my family should relocate to the Bay Area to make things better, but I don't know how I would convince them to move. Please, no mean or rude answers/comments.
