Meal Plan for Weight Loss?

Ok so my NYR was to lose 30 pounds because I'm a little overweight. I'm pretty active and exercise often, but it's been months and I have lost any, but I've actually gained a few pounds. Then I realized how I'm not eating healthy and binge too much. Can any give me a sample menu plan for a day of when and what I would eat at what time? I'm female and 5'9 btw. Thankssss!
