Hi! I am a dual citizen of Canada & the Philippines & I have a TESOL/TEFL Certification from the Canadian College of Linguistics of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. What are the chances that I could become an English language instructor/teacher or facilitator in ESL schools or Universities in the City of Cebu, Philippines? Are there ESL institutions offering employment? What are my chances?

If you are a dual citizen then they are better, yet it's the Philippines and ESL is not big business there. You'd do better in another Asian country like Vietnam, Thailand, etc. You also usually need a degree. http://eslinsider.com/qualifications-requirements-...
