1) Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Britain, Australia, New Zealand etc are NOT socialist, they are capitalist countries with capitalist economies, and many have right-wing governments. Most pursue "Social Democrat" or "Social Reformist" policies.
2) National Healthcare, Social Security payments, Educational systems etc do NOT make a country "socialist", although they are also included in economic and social policies of socialist countries.
3) The only "Socialist" countries are -- Cuba, PR China, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Their economies are socialist and they are governed mostly by communist parties.

1. Norway, Sweden and Denmark aren't socialist.
2. Neither Norway, Sweden nor Denmark have "less than a million people", as Lizzy suggests.
3. Sweden doesn't have oil fields, as Lizzy suggests, and Denmark has very limited oil resurces.
4. Neither Norway, Sweden nor Denmark has "oil profit sharing", as Girl Rising suggests. Sweden doesn't even have oil profits to begin with. Norway has a pension fund where oil profit is turned into long-time investment. Only 4% is diverted into the national budget each year.

They don't.
If you made Sweden the 51st State it woujld be our POOREST.
Swedes in the U.S. are, on average, richer than Swedes in Sweden, live longer and healthier lives etc.
On average, our economic BOTTOM 5th has more living space, more amenities and more disposable income than the "bottom 4/5ths" of those "better-off Scandinavians."
Dismissing international comparisons and looking at each Scandinavian country IN ITSELF, we see they ALL PEAKED BEFORE adopting Democrat-approved policy and have been IN DECLINE since.
