Most routers only log the IP address, some the URL. However, the logs are usually limited in size, and do not have much detail.

Proper logging of internet activity from the Router would require setting up "syslog" in the router, and running a syslog server on another PC to receive the logs.

What make/model router. Most consumer routers do not have the memory or storage capacity for that. They may have a log for boot messages and may log WiFi associations (MAC and assigned IP) and firewall logs (what the firewall blocks, but not what it lets through). And due to the limited memory that is a rolling log where old data rolls off into the bit bucket (nowhere) over time as the space is needed for fresh data.

Some routers may have the capability to log to a remote computer, but unless you have that properly configured along with a computer set up to receive such logs, that is unlikely. It is simple enough to connect to your router's web interface and see what logs you can find.
