How to study and actually remember everything you learn in school?

For my entire life in school I have managed to pass with all A's and B's with an occasional C like what I had all year in algebra. But even with these great grades, I still never remember much of anything I'm taught and thus, realistically, I'm not all that smart afterall. I would like to change that by learning of new ways to remember what I've learned and only forgetting very little. Im in tenth grade, have several advanced classes, rarely stusy , and procrastinate all the time. Anything you can do to help would be great, thanks :)

Just keep doing what you've been doing but if your trying to get better grades, the best thing to do is do all your homework & class work. And when there's a test make sure you study at home, if you review everything a day before id guarantee get a good grade. Just study what you've learned and keep studying it until you remember.

Self discipline and hard work. You need to study and practice everyday. Doing well in Mathematics and algebra require that. You must study slow and long - you cannot learn the stuff fast.
