How high of humidity can a ball python be kept in?

Most of the research I've done regarding ball pythons state that adults should only really be kept in around 50%-60% humidity. My boyfriend and I are looking into getting a ball python, but the humidity of the area we'd be keeping it in is closer to 75%-80% humidity around 80 degrees in the day and around 70-75 at night, how well would a ball python do in higher humidity?

Should we separate him from that room and keep him in a drier area of our home?

You will have to keep him in a different area of the house that will keep his environment no higher then 65%. Too high of a humidity and you will have URI (Upper Respiratory Infections) and too low of a humidity can cause bad sheds. 80F is still not hot enough for a ball python. They need temperatures of 85-90F.
