i can't lose weight no matter what but it used to be easy will liposuction be the only alternative?
From 18 till about recently a few months ago (turning 25 in few weeks) it used to be very easy for me to lose weight I tried low calorie diet, low fat diet, low carb diet then recently liquid diet which worked for 5 days then back fired on me when I tried to introduce healthier home cooked foods. I use to be able to maintain my weight at a steady 190 @ 6 feet which even then is still over weight but I was considered height weight proportionate. It's easy for me too gain muscle but very hard to lose fat my face is fat and I have a solid stocky fat build now weighing 243 pounds. Which I gained in a year and half from being 168 pounds thanks to low carb diet. Now the problem is everytime I tried to go back on one of those diets they all failed without hesitation it just doesn't work the same. When I go to the gym and do cardio then weight I go home eat fish and vegetables only to find out next day I've gained a pound but I know you don't lose weight overnight but I didn't know you gain it overnight either till by week 2 come to find I've now gained 6 pounds while still eating healthy, I don't know what's going on but that makes me want to give up. So now I'm considering last resort liposuction unless someone can give me a few other options or ideas what might work? I've gone in for blood test about a year ago and tests were fine except low iron and high hemoglobin levels which doctor didn't see any concern with also bp is 126/80 taken a few days ago. Please someone help me??😭

You should definitely focus on building muscle. Your BMI is 23, which is healthy. Since you are not technically overweight, you don't need to focus on losing weight. As you start eating healthier foods and working out (both cardio and strength training), the excess fat you are storing will gradually become less noticeable, and you will be happier with your appearance, even if the scale still says 180 (or higher, because of the new muscle weight).

What you need to do is stick to your exercise, I know its really upsetting and unmotivating with little to no results, but its what needs to happen. To lose weight, work really hard. Walking wont shed that weight off. If your pretty comfortable and you just find it a burden when your working out, your not working hard enough. Simple as that. Also get a test to make sure your body has the right amount of nutrients, something as little as a deficiency could be the reason why you arent losing the weight.

When you consider your successful weight loss with low carb and weight on when you abandoned that strategy, it appears that you are more sensitive to carbohydrates that the average person. You may need to adopt the LCHF method as a lifestyle choice to stay at a healthier weight.
Avoiding sugary and starchy foods may be what is needed to get the scale numbers heading in the other direction.

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup

give your protein extra low calorie flavor by adding a salsa or chutney instead of a gooey cream sauce
