Custom work like that would not be available online. There are plenty of goldsmiths, and jewelers that will make anything you like. They are everywhere. You have to go to the store. Usually you only get that service form a small family owned business.

Most any Rolex dealer can customize a watch as well.

Only a very foolish person shops for anything easily faked like clothing, or jewelry online. Anyone who shops online without knowing how to "whois" a site is a bigger fool.

Most probably those jewelry are custom made. And if you want to get customized jewelry yourself, that can cost money out of your budget. That's why my suggestion would be buy jewelry which is nicely designed and within your budget.

You need to make local search for local dealers physically...You can't get it easily....
