You can get the full way ticket in Lisbon.
Two chances.
Fast train to Faro and then slow to Lagos. Comfortable speed train and than medium speed from Tunes or slow from Faro.
See the connections and choose the best for you.
Pay attention to one thing. There is a good a very cheap bus service to Lagos from Lisbon Central Station(Gare do Oriente) Connected to the all city by subway. Airport and other train stations.
Medium speed train changing in Tunes. Cheaper and small difference in time.
