Vince Young,Brett Favre or Jamarcus Russell are better options than Tebow or Sanchez,Hill,Cousins or Freeman are ok.

The defense still has potential so you can't lose hope on them. They are still capable of winning atleast 8 games with them. I think they should sign a backup though in case Shaun hill doesn't reach expectations.
His Career TD to INT ratio is 41 to 23 so that's really good.

Find someone who has developed a great work ethic, works hard, practices very well everyday, eat healthy, exercises by doing weight lifting, and either, jogging or going for a long run.. If he does these things he will be fast, strong, and into great shape, which greatly improves his chances of becoming a successful, top notch quarterback in the NFL...
