How do i get my girlfriend to go to third?

We have been going out almost a year, and we have done just about everything a couple can do, except she won't go to third. Help?

    I'm a hormonal teenager. Waiting for marriage is already off the table. And what I forgot to mention is that we have both been to first and second mutually engaged, we have had sex in several different positions, I have given her third, and she doesn't want to go to third. Anybody have some advice on how to convince her?
