  • How do I get my supervisor to quit doing jobs for everybody else?

My supervisor is someone who always has to be doing something. She has a hard time feeling comfortable not doing something if she s working on the clock. Our facility is coming up on our state survey and time in the near future, and my supervisor is good friends with the company administrator. She wants to make sure that we do our part to make sure all of our stuff is in order for our department, but because my supervisor has a hard time not doing something she decides that any time she sees something that someone else is supposed to do she goes out of her way to try to get it done, which includes pulling myself and the other employee in our department away from whatever we are doing at the time. She says the reason is because every time we try to report to the person who s supposed to be responsible for making sure the other departments do their jobs, nothing ever gets done about it. She makes all of our lives so much harder, and I keep trying to convince her to let it go because it isn t our responsibility. Does anyone have any recommendations for what I can do to convince her that she is putting way too much on our plate?

  • Is it a person's thoughts or actions that make someone a good person?

I'm going to start off by saying I know I'm not a good person, I lie, manipulate, steal. I'm selfish and self centered, I have anger issues, I'm greedy, sinful, and I don't care about fair nearly as much as I do making it seem fair that I got . The thing is though, that I don't get caught; I make sure my lies are as close to the truth as possible, my manipulations are usually subtle, I rarely steal anything major, usually something that could easily go missing or something that can be easily hidden with no witnesses. I hide my anger and hate behind a mask of smiles, and I've trained myself to be helpful automatically. I constantly evaluate myself, my interactions with others, and my motivations, and while everybody around me believes that I'm an annoying, slightly lazy, trustworthy, mostly great guy with maybe a few issues, but otherwise normal (yes, I have asked). I'm able to fake empathy enough to help people through their problems, I'm a trustworthy confidante, and I work with Alzheimer's residents where my job is to keep them happy, engaged, and content, which I am very good at. So is a person a good person if everyone believes they are, or is the only way to be a good person to do the right things for the right reasons? I do little nice things for people all the time because people notice the little things like offering help, and responding with no hesitation the way people expect a good person to do. Considering all of that, could I still be considered a good person?

  • Why should I keep living?

I am tired of my job that no longer interests me. I've screwed up in school more times than I can count. I've been suicidal before and I will probably be again even if I do decide against suicide. I have to move out of my parents place by June. I've screwed up this term at school by skipping out on everything because I've taken the classes before. And I'm tired of screwing up with school or at home or whatever. I don't want to hear about how it'll get better, or that I'm going to be hurting my family and friends, because why shouldn't I be allowed to be selfish? I don't know why I shouldn't just end my life to finally be done. I don't want any religious crap of "you'll go to hell" either.

  • How can I speed up the rare marathon sex session?

Normally when my girlfriend and I have sex, I usually last anywhere from 5-25 minutes not including foreplay. Sometimes though, we have a session that will last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours of straight sex (changing positions is included in that time). I don't often due any slow and steady rhythms either, usually I go at a very intense pace that usually has me changing positions after 5-10 minutes so I can catch my breath or get over the burning in my muscles. This usually isn't a problem, but last week, we were expecting a session to last around 10 minutes, and we started out in the missionary position, then when I got tired we moved to doggy style standing up leaned over the bed. Then we went to cowgirl for a good 20 minutes or so with me adding to the rhythm whenever I could, and the rest of the time letting her set the pace. We were having sex for over an hour and a half before she needed to go to work and I didn't get a chance to finish because we were already running late. Does anybody have any advice for when something like that happens? Is there anything I or she can do?

  • Would my code be uncrackable, and would the inconvenience of solving it if it is be worth more than the code itself?

I devised a code that includes all 26 letters of the alphabet, 22 extra characters that are diphthongs, digraphs, and sounds. There are another 11 that are individual words that I find to be used most common in things I write, 10 for the different numbers 0-9, 9 symbols for a few different kinds of punctuation, and 18 that are what I consider extra or filler characters that have no corresponding meaning or anything. Would it be indecipherable at the moment? Would a vigenere cipher with a code word/phrase be worth the effort of making it? Would making a 2304 character substitution with each character in the vigenere cipher increase the security? Would it be worth it to do all of this? Not that I have any reason to other than simple curiosity, but would all of this together create a code/cipher that was impossible to crack? And if it was, would I receive the same or similar results from a vigenere square with just the 26 letter alphabet with different characters for each letter in the individual lines of the square?

  • How can I summon a succubus easily?

I already have practice at meditation and void meditation. I have never done a ritual, but I sometimes feel as though meditating and focusing on the idea of summoning a succubus results in feelings similar to those explained by people who say a ritual is necessary. Is this actual contact? I don't recall dreaming at all, but I am curious as to whether this really is a connection, and whether it is a connection with a different entity each time or the same every time. I consider myself new to the occult, and I would like some help understanding my experiences.

  • I'm a little desperate for sex. My girlfriend's moms keep us apart as much as possible?

Yes I do mean moms plural. Me and my girlfriend have been together for 15 months and ever since we were 3 months in we were having sex and we told our parents a few weeks later. Since then they have gone out of their way to make sure that me and her are never together in a place that having sex is ok. I am 18 and she is 17, and we're still in high school and we have only had sex maybe a dozen times since her moms learned and it has been 4 months since we last had sex. Neither of us are willing to move out because we are financially unable. Me and her have had arguments about how we never do anything even when we can find a few minutes to be alone, and we both understand the reasons, and even the fact that they are good ones. Anybody have any kind of realistic advice?

Ps. In Oregon it is legal for us to have sex according to ORS 163.345 so no comments about it being illegal please.

  • How do I get over stress over making plans?

I always hate making plans for anything that is important to me. I am an 18 year old of the male variety, and every time I make a plan, I obsess with making sure that everything is going to happen as I expect it to, and I always end up taking something for granted. I have to go over and over talking with everyone about what they think the plan is, and how they want it done. And I have to worry about it not being what I planned, and having to deal with it as is. Anybody have any advice getting over the worry, stress, anxiety, etc.?

  • In Oregon, if you are under 18, can you legally own anything?

I bought my phone with money that I earned through employed work. I pay for my service the same way. Do my parents have the right to restrict my access or is it solely mine because my parents have no hand in the purchasing or the sustaining of service for my phone?

  • Do my parents have the right to withhold stuff that I buy with money I don't get from them?

I am 17 years old and will turn 18 in December. My question is in regards to my phone. I have had my phone service for 2 years, paying for it with money I make at my job. My parents are not on the account, but they make me leave my phone on the kitchen counter at night and refuse to allow me to take it to school or to have it in my room.. I bought my phone and didn't tell them about it and got caught, and I understand that it was a mistake on my part; however, that's beside the point. Do they legally have the right to keep my phone away from me or is it theft?

  • How should I go from here?

I am 17 years old, turning 18 in December. I have a slight case of paranoia, I have had a gf for almost 9 months and have been sexually active since our 2 month mark. My mom wants me to be open and communicative with her, but she punishes my for any display of emotion, describing it as adolescent, irrational and inappropriate. I plan on moving out within the next month because I don't like my home environment. I have someone who will rent me a room for $300 a month with a security deposit.

Going back to the topic of me and my gf. She has 2 moms, one of which is about like my mom and the other claims to be fair and open minded but is highly conservative, and controlling. Me and my gf were caught having sex as safe as we could at her house, and now her moms and mine choreograph my relationship so me and my gf can only see each other under intense and hostile supervision. I don't trust my mom enough so I lied about going fishing to spend time with my gf, and my mom looked through my phone and found out. I need some help and advice, so my question: how do I go from here?
