I'm a little desperate for sex. My girlfriend's moms keep us apart as much as possible?
Yes I do mean moms plural. Me and my girlfriend have been together for 15 months and ever since we were 3 months in we were having sex and we told our parents a few weeks later. Since then they have gone out of their way to make sure that me and her are never together in a place that having sex is ok. I am 18 and she is 17, and we're still in high school and we have only had sex maybe a dozen times since her moms learned and it has been 4 months since we last had sex. Neither of us are willing to move out because we are financially unable. Me and her have had arguments about how we never do anything even when we can find a few minutes to be alone, and we both understand the reasons, and even the fact that they are good ones. Anybody have any kind of realistic advice?
Ps. In Oregon it is legal for us to have sex according to ORS 163.345 so no comments about it being illegal please.

Imagine if you have a daughter of your own. Would you allow her to have lots of sex at age of 17?
Your urges are from hormones. Masturbation will help you ease it. Stop treating sex as a must-have. No offense but you're not ready to have kids of your own. Condoms and pills are never 100% fool-proof.
It doesn't matter whether she's at a legal age or not. The problem is responsibility for her well-being and for yourself. Your body and your brains are still growing. She's the one who has to worry whenever her period is late. There's no consequence for guys.
If you're the one who's indulging yourself and initiating sex all the time, her brain will get desensitized to it after some time. This means she would feel numb to it and more like a tool for you to sooth urges. When that happens, sex is not fun for her any more.
Sex is for a married couple to express their union and bond to each other. Whether you believe it or not, whenever unmarried couples do it, it's more for self gratification and the girl has more to lose.
