In Oregon, if you are under 18, can you legally own anything?

I bought my phone with money that I earned through employed work. I pay for my service the same way. Do my parents have the right to restrict my access or is it solely mine because my parents have no hand in the purchasing or the sustaining of service for my phone?

No. You own nothing until you are 21, in Oregon. However, if your parents allow you to keep it, you can keep it. However, they also have the right to discipline you and take it away.

In any state if you are under 18 you have no right to property. They could throw it in the fire place and it would be legal, even if you bought it.
