How do I get over stress over making plans?

I always hate making plans for anything that is important to me. I am an 18 year old of the male variety, and every time I make a plan, I obsess with making sure that everything is going to happen as I expect it to, and I always end up taking something for granted. I have to go over and over talking with everyone about what they think the plan is, and how they want it done. And I have to worry about it not being what I planned, and having to deal with it as is. Anybody have any advice getting over the worry, stress, anxiety, etc.?

Long story short: learn to go with the flow. I know it's not as easy as that. If you are dealing with a great amount of stress over it, find someone else to do the planning and don't even think about. If you're planning something, it shouldn't be centered around your fantasy. Very rarely will things turn out exactly how you picture them. If you have other anxiety issues I'd reccomend seeing a doctor or therapist. I've been on meds for anxiety since I was little and it helps so much. Good luck!!!! I hope you feel better
