Does Bangladesh need a new ODI Captain?
Due to their bad performance in ODI
and if they have to i have 3 options
1) Mahmudullah-vice captain- He, as a vc has a 50% chance of turning up as a captain! But i guess
he should regain better form first
2) Mashrafe Mortaza-he lead the bowling attack really well! but the only concern is his fitness
3) Tamim Iqbal- he can perform well i guess but i think he should focus on his "newly regained form"
and optional
4) Shakib Al Hasan-he has good experience, but i think he should not take the load as he just recovered from his suspension

No, I think Mushfiqur Rahim is good enough…
» Shakib would be under too much pressure as an icon player, batsman & bowler plus the added burden of captaincy
» Tamim is an explosive opening batsman but isn't the most experienced, would be under pressure to hold the innings together if he got out. Plus if he changes his batting position, then his value reduces
» Mahmudullah better be groomed for the captaincy later but he'd be an understudy to Shakib anyway
» Mashrafe Mortaza - Unless you're Wasim, Waqar or Imran a bowling captain is a rarity these days
Probably the best thing is to have a settled captain at least in case of Bangladesh till the time they win consistently. What happened to Mohd.Ashraful

Doesn't need to at this critical time.There has been no notion in the successor of Mushfiqur Rahim so it is pointless to discuss this matter.However,if Board for Bangladesh Cricket is making a decision they're best option is to keep Mushfiqur Rahim as captain for a little while as long as there no other player rising as a an equal contender for the spot.

Shakib Al Hasan is best option but Musfiqur is batter one so I think no need to change captain.

I also think about changing captain of Bangladesh team but there is no question about Musfiq's Performance.Shakib would the the first choice.
