Recent lag in Terraria?(1.2.4)?
Some time ago(since 1.2.4 appeared) i started playing that update. After some time, i started having heavy lag, but mostly around the middle area(spawn, where my house is also). Even if i go underground all the way to the down margin of the map, the lag doesn't dissapear, only if i go either left or right. I played every version since 1.0.0, what might be the problem and how could i solve it?

The problem might be that the update haven't installed properly and the chunks aren't loading, it would be good to back up you saved chars and worlds, delete the game entirely and do a fresh install of 1.2.4. Any mods such as gameiki might be causing the problem, not sure if you have those installed? try re-installing those too.
