Why aren't my questions getting posted?
I posted the same answer 1 hour ago and then again 30 minutes ago. They show up on my page but are not in the category I put them in. The questions follow the guidelines. Maybe this one will not show up either.

Yahoo has a form of a pre-filter and it hides questions from the category indexes and also answers from the questions (I mean completely hides as in doesn't show it at all, not the "hidden answers").
All you can do is to reword it and remove any links (my answer was hidden for including a blogspot link and when I removed it, it showed back up again).
With regard to your actual question, you can't add multiple pictures to a question/answer via Yahoo. All you can do is to either:
a) using an app/program then combine the images to one file and upload that
b) use a site like imgur to upload the images and then include these links on your question/answer.
