What no "LA Rams are homophobes" questions today?

At the end of the day, Michael Sam can work his tail off but just not quite good enough yet to make the next level. The Rams are deep at defensive end right now with probably one of the more underrated tandems in the league (Quinn and Long). Give him a chance on the practice squad somewhere or as a free agent where he can find a team that will use him to play.

The NFL ultimately treated Sam no different than any other player that doesn't quite cut it. That's the real story here.

I have no doubt if he hadn't been cut, you'd be accusing the St Louis Rams ( I'm British, even I know they've left LA!!!) of " political correctness".

I understand he along with another 30 odd heterosexual and gay footballers where cut by this team. Apparently he didn't quite make the grade. Happens to a lot of players.

Yeah, the TV tells us there are people who will claim "homophobe" no matter how ridiculous the idea is.

Now you have a choice - Since no one is claiming the Rams are homophobic, doesn't that mean the TV is lying to you?

You mean the St. Louis Rams? Wow lol. He didn't make the cut, and I don't believe the Rams would have let go of an asset simply because of his sexual orientation. That would be opening them to a lawsuit beyond belief. I'm sure their stats on the player back up their decision to release him.

Oh Probably, It is Plain and simple, he didn't make the cut, the issue has nothing to do with his sexual orientation, but his ability as a player, though some people like Johnny would like nothing more than to keep him on the team regardless of his abilities just for the course of the gay rights agenda, regardless if he was the worse player in the league and would call anyone who opposes that as Homophobes, which is incorrect, that words means fear of Homosexuals, But Like all Liberal Idiots, they change the meanings of words to support their agenda and anti-christian Christian-phobia,

If Tim Teabow was making a team Somewhere, You would call that team Homophobic, this is pathetic

The Rams have not been in LA for a LONG time. Try joining the 21st century.

Considering that I can't be bothered watching overpaid Jocks on Steroids, I really don't care... Too many other important issues going on in the world...... Ebola, Israel/Palestine, Ukraine/Russia, Thousands of innocent children dying due to lack of food and medical care, Massive climate changes that are destroying people's lives... This issue rates a minus 1,000 with me...

I don't think that the rams are homophobic- After all, I'm sure they WANTED Sam to make their final roster. I think the issue is that the NFL is doing absolutely nothing to combat homophobia in its league and fanbase.
