Headache after just one drink, need some advice?

I wouldn't consider myself the heaviest drinker out there. But I do enjoy some Crown Royal with some soda. It's annoying that I get a bad headache even before I finish the drink. I know I'm a lightweight, but I would like to enjoy one drink without getting them. Any help advice I can get would be nice.

    Always have a decent sized meal and three glasses of water before you have yourself a drink and you should be fine.

    I would say allergy test would be a good idea this could be you having a reaction to alcohol.

    Perhaps you are sensitive to rye. Try scotch or vodka or some other liquor.
