2π/1 * 1/12 <-- multiply numerator and numerator, denominator and denominator

2π / 12 <-- reduce the fraction (divide top and bottom by 2), resulting in this:

    π / 6

    The answer is π / 6

EDIT: Do you want this? The answer in degrees?

    (pi / 6 radians) = 180 / 6 = 30 degrees.

    (2π / 1) * (1 / 12) = ( 2π * 1) / (1 * 12) = 2π / 12 = (2 / 12)(π)

Now we are going to reduce this fraction by halves:

    [2(1/2) / (12(1/2)](π) = (1 / 6)(π)

    = π / 6

    π is about 180 degrees:

    180 / 6 = 30 degrees.

    2/12 = 1/6, so the answer to question 2 is pi/6.
