I can't use left click on some links?

For some odd reason, whenever i google something, I tried left-clicking on hyperlinks but nothing happens. This also occurs when I tried to click download, it works on most sites, I can open a new tab and the right click seems to be fine.

I use Window 7 and Google Chrome as my browser, thanks.

Update:

I can't click some links on facebook either, kind of links that redirects my tab.

No, it is a chrome update issue. It happens to me on 3 different computers. On my work one that does not have the chrome update works fine. On all the other browsers it works fine. Something in the new Chrome has done this.

Many of my clients are complaining about this as well and so far the only fix is revert back to an old version or use a different browser

I have went to Firefox as of right now. I tried a reset but it comes right back to the "no Click issue", You can right click and choose open however.
