Example of a hard nosed secretary in tv or movies?
The clerk who answers the phones where I work lets clients push him around. He has never seen an example of a professional secretary either in real life or in movies. What is a good tv show or movie example of a secretary who takes charge?

theres a pretty good episode of The West Wing that shows the presidential secretary setting some boundaries with the staff. the first secretary is good, but the one I'm talking about is the second one played by Lily Tomlin.
i'm sure its in season 4, and i think the episode is called: Election Night.
