Looking for a light weight set of binoculars or a monocular for use while hunting. That is glasses friendly.?

I wear glasses and would love to find either a pair of binoculars or more preferred a monocular that is at least 4x magnification. It doesn't have to be adjustable. Everything I have looked at just dosn't work for me as I wear glasses. The image is just too small to be useful. My scope works fine but lifting my rifle every time I want a closer look takes it tole after a few hours.

start googling sites and look....I wear glasses but take them off when using binocs ( once your focus is set without your glasses on, then simply remove them before using the binocs ) ....I don't take them off when using my scopes. ( check my avatar ) It's always been an issue with glasses and binoculars. Sometimes, I use those strings and just let them hang, then put them back on. One of the little crosses we have to bear....for being a "4 eyes"...lol.

Source(s): keep looking until you get something you're comfortable with but so far, I haven't found a really good solution.

What you should look for is a spotting scope that offeres a choice of eye pieces, then choose an eye piece that offers "long eye relief"

Here is an example from Kowa, a good scope and eye peice are not cheap, but you would be estonished if you have never looked through one before.
