if jesus = "the way", and christians = "in christ," doesn't that mean christians are "in the way"?

True Christians are on the way to a new Heaven and a new earth.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and there is no lie in him, for he is the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE and no man can come to the Father (God), but by Jesus Christ alone. So, to answer your question, if he said he is all of that, and more, why would a Christian doubt his words, when he only speaks the truth, for there is no lie in him. And yes, those who have believed and repented and asked to be forgiven and do the commandments of God, they are the ones that walk in his path of righteousness, for he is the way to salvation, and speaks the truth for he the one who gives us life.
