Do you think that when cops start wearing body cameras that the videos will be used to mock and humiliate perps they encounter?
I think the videos of the perpetrators will just be used to reinforce racial stereotypes and somehow prove that they deserved to suffer police abuse.

That sounds to me like paranoia.
Videos of perpetrators would indeed show what happened in a police encounter and whether or not police action was justifiable, but that's not the same thing as being used to "justify police abuse".
