What do they mean by "Season Primers of RAW"?

This threw me off, I wasn't aware that RAW had seasons.

    Every show has to have seasons even if it runs year round just for purposes of archiving, like being able to sort the episodes into a season. Thats why RAW, soap operas, news shows etc all have seasons.

    TV networks consider September the start of their ratings season. So this is the first RAW of the new season.

    Probably a USA network thing they always claim there are no offseasons.
