Does a nose piercing hurt?

Now, I know I can't just ask if a piercing hurts because it all depends on how good the piercer is, pain tolerance and other factors. But based on your own experience was the pain all that bad?

I have my cartilage pierced and it didn't hurt when I got it done. I would give it a 1/10 or something.

It did to me. It feels like an ant is biting that part of your nose like really hard. Then, I had a couple of tears. The pain lasts like about 3 min. And, then it goes away.

I pierced mine myself (stupid I know aha) but it did hurt a little bit but it's nothing to be worried about really. Keep in mind I was like 14 so I did not do that great a job, but It wasn't so bad

Oh man, if you can get your cartilage pierced, PIECE OF CAKE! Cartilage skin is just that (thick, tough skin), which is also on your nose, but it is much thinner and more pliable. Especially if it's just the side of your nose. Septums hurt like hell but they look really nice :) hope I helped!

  • A little bit, mine bled but it's not terribly painful you can do it :)
