How do i gain weight quickly?

    To gain weight you need to combine starchy carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice, corn, potatoes or sweet potatoes with proteins such as meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, nuts or sea food.

    Peanut butter sandwiches and cheese sandwiches are both good weight gaining combinations.

    Snacks in between meals often help as well. Supper calories are very fattening as with most of the day behind you they are not burnt up.

    The protein in the above combinations can also help to gain extra muscles.

    Try to eat every 3 hours with small meals containing carbs protein and vegetables.

    i.e 1 chicken breast/ veg of choice / and a jacket potato Its easy once you are used to it!

    Here is my typical diet:

    Morning: bowl of porridge with dried fruit and mixed nuts.

    Mid morning: 2 egg sandwich

    Lunch: pasta with meat and vegetables (medium portion)

    Snack: chocolate bar or some cake.

    Dinner: Sweet potato, 100% beef burger, Salad (red cabbage,Carrots,lettuce) Roasted peppers with olive oil drizzled on top, And whatever else i have lying around.

    Evening small meal: 2x fishcakes 100% Cod jacket/mashed potato. and Salad.

    I used to not be able to eat that much but your body gets used to it and then craves the food so

    its easy to eat :) good luck

    Eat alot, eat healthy

    eat anything, eat 4-5 meals everyday

    make sure your getting more calories than you burn,

    also do a few work outs

    to built muscles aswell if you want, if your a guy.

    i gained 16 pounds doing what i mention in a few weeks.

    works for me, it could work for you too.

    Also a few weeks its not alot,

    it takes time you know

    Do no exercise and eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
