If this is not censorship please say why?
A few days ago, an asker in Politics section(Daughter) wanted an answer to "I need information on ISIS" and she also asked for a site.
I sent her the address of a video called "The Covert Origins of ISIS" which is the best I had come across.
My answer was removed for supposed violation of Guidelines, and my appeal was rejected, too. I am also banned from the asker's site! I read the Guidelines and didn't notice anything I had violated.
If this is not censorship by Yahoo, then what is it.

Because THIS is Yahoo. And we're not supposed to KNOW who's pulling the "Strings"- behind its moving "Curtain..." :(

Well, given that Yahoo had nothing to do with the original violation, that was put forward by users, and the appeal is a random number generator then it's not censorship by Yahoo. If your original answer was as ignorant as this question I can well understand why somebody took offense.

Yahoo owns this site. They are entirely within their rights to delete ANYTHING for ANY reason. It is not censorship, because they have no obligation to allow any of us to use the site. You do so entirely on your own account.
It is a violation to simply post a link, Or the wording of your response could have been outside the required Question/Answer format. You are supposed to post an answer. Did you? If not, your question was rightfully deleted.
Every time I have been deleted, I either was guilty (I have a habit of posting snarky remarks occasionally) or my appeal was accepted. I've never had a valid response permanently deleted. That makes me suspect very highly that you did in fact post something that violated the rules.

It sounds like she is infatuated with some pro-ISIS guy who plays her for a fool. There are many like her, all being lured into traps with empty promises of love and friendship. Believe me, I have met many like her. It sounds like she wants to meet some pro-ISIS guy and be in a relationship that brings nothing but jets and regrets. Right now, she holds some rosy illusions about ISIS if she is with a guy who tells her packs of lies and also all the love lies and gives her empty compliments. Youths like her are naive. The fall for lies all too readily without ever sussing them out for truths. That asker in Politics section has got all those sugar plums dancing inside their heads. Trust me to tell you that. If she is infatuated with some ISIS guy, I can talk to her if you like.

Try reading the terms of service.
And it's Yahoo's site. If they want to pull stuff, it's up to them. You don't have to use them.
