Is this a scam?

It sounds like the sort of vague wording used by scammers to lure you in.

I would venture that after you would give them a quote, they would propose that they send you a check for more than the quote (usually with some B.S. reason why) and have you cash the check and give them the difference when they picked the goods up. Of course, their check would be later found to be bogus, and you would be out the materials/labor as we ll as the 'excess cash' you gave them back.

i want Text color should be Blue with the background color white which is a custom made with the letters to say { YELLA HAITI } on the Flyers.Go ahead and quote me the total price of the 70,000 pcs plus gst and i would send for a pick up after payment... Hey Mark, it would have been better if you stated something aside from that question.

Anyway, if sounds like giving you money free, it is a scam.

If it sounds like you double your money in a day or a week, it is a scam.

If it's a lady saying he is hot and waiting for you, then go for it! ^_^
