can MAGICJACK be monitored by nsa like skype voip...is magicjack a safer alternative?

Anything connected to the internet can/is monitored. The connection goes through your ISP. They can track and record whatever they choose. Unless you create your very own connection to another machine using a CAT5/6 cable and disable ALL other connective devices, remove all wireless capabilities, all bluetooth and remote control capabilities, you can be tracked. So using Skype or Magicjack, it doesn't matter.
