I accidentally ran over a kids bike left on the road at night?
Just coming home from a drive and I'm about to pull into my driveway which Is a tight turn so I have to be close to the curb, the bike must have been overhanging the curb for me to hit. I don't think there is any damage to my car but the bike is damaged. Could I be made to pay for the bike?

They left it there. It is not your fault. If they tell you to pay, tell them to **** off.

Lucky the kid wasn't on it. You really should look a bit better when turning. I think you have a responsibility to pay for the damage
