What can I add to my workout?

I do dance for an hour five days a week, and on fridays, in addition to my dance class, i do an hour long boot camp program. monday-thursday, i have trouble finding time for much else, but i really want to lose some weight and get toned, and that can't happen if I'm basically only doing cardio. i want some biceps! how do i motivate myself to do more even on weeknights???
