The Doosra.A gift or menace?

With virtually all the big off-spinners falling prey to Doosra, with its technical imperfections on the rise only, it has now become a menace.

Swann was the only major off-spinner who chose not to bowl Doosra.

Saqlain being the other one, who was the pioneer of Doosra & managed to stave off legal eagles, since then Doosra has landed one & all in technical & legal trouble with ICC.

I remember someone saying that they are developing Teesra, it was a horrible thought, since Doosra was taking down more & this Teesra was also to land in legal trouble with ICC Technical committee, then it was supposed to be Chautha of those bowlers, who'd try the new invention.

Now that Doosra has swallowed the biggest fish, it remains to be seen if any other small fish would try or refrain from using this troublesome delivery, a definite bane & menace for international off-spinners.

Loved what Dravid said on Ajmal's ban "It's just a Technical Drawback nothing else.It isn't crime.When ICC says if once bowler is given clean chit.He cannot be tested again.

But as I say rules are same for all.So he paid the big price of being from Asian origin.

Seriously has ANYBODY ever bowld 'doosra' without getting reported? Some countries seem to exist in their own special reality, can you imagine if England or Australia or SAf bowlers started doing that, they would get shut down pronto! Not after 5 years and 200+ intwernationals. Saqlain only got away with a clean record because he retired very young before any controversy could develop, they may as well legalize underarm bowling again if they are to continue to allow this.
