You can't. The highest rank you can enlist at is Specialist/E-4 if you have a Bachelor Degree

Private/E-2 - Has successfully completed 24 or more classroom semester hours (36 or more quarter hours) at an accredited degree granting college or university listed in the AIPE* or NACES* (foreign transcripts must be evaluated).

Private First Class/E-3 - Has successfully completed 48 or more classroom semester hours (72 or more quarter hours) (without a 4-year degree) at an accredited degree granting college or university listed in the AIPE* (foreign transcripts must be evaluated. This includes those with associate degrees.

You can't and for good reason. Staff sergeants are experienced soldiers; it's not a job you just get into straight away.

This is how you do it:

    - enlist into the Army

    - serve about seven-ten years

    - hope you have the cutt-off scores to get SSG

    - if you do, then you might be promoted to SSG

    Big dreams kid.

    "Some college" = PVT E-2 or PFCE-3. Degree = SPEC E-4.

You can't, college does not mean you can lead and that is one thing, they must be able to do

you don;t. E4SPC is the best you can hope for with a degree in hand.

senior NCOs require years of sustained superior performance in their MOS before you are even going to be considered,
