Which fish have high omega 3 without that fishy taste?

I'm looking towards eating healthier and I bought tilapia because it doesn't have that fish taste but it is low on omega 3.

Salmon and tuna have that fishy taste I don't like so I was wondering if people knew of fish without that strong taste.

I looked up fish names and was wondering if any of them didn't have that strong fish taste.

Have you tried fresh or frozen tuna? It's not fishy at all in my opinion, quite different from the canned stuff. I say that as someone who likes some fish but not all fish. I just looked at a list of "the 11 best high-omega 3 fish" and tuna would be the least "fishy" of all those choices. And the list pointed out that you want tuna caught in US or Canadian waters because those fisheries use sound fishing practices.

Meat and dairy products may contain omega-3 but the animals must then have been fed fresh grass, something which is not so common today with the demand for high productivity. Cows who eat grain produce more milk, but the milk will contain less omega-3s and other nutrigents. There is for exampel a study (Christa et al.) where different types of cheese were tested. The alpine cheese from grazing cows was much richer in omega-3s than the other types of cheese that were tested. The reason for this is that grass contains lots of omega-3s which is not the case with grain. It makes no difference if the grain is organic or not , since grain is not natural food for grazing animals. Meat from naturally raised animals also contains less saturated fat (Noci et al.).

That fishy taste is dependent on the freshness of the fish. Do notttt buy frozen salmon it is absolutely disgusting. If u buy fresh salmon it will not have that fishy taste. It is a much cleaner taste than tilapia when fresh.

use salmon even tinned to make fish cakes or salmon a la king . The highest omega 3 is in cold water fish.

Trout has a very mild flavor and is quite good.
