what's your opinion of pixie cut hairstyles?

I find it cute. It sure would depend on you feautures though. Like most people with high cheek bones can totally pull it off. Plus it is easy to maintain.! Hope that helps.!

My mom, after my dad died, I gave her a makeover, from her 80's big hair to a Pixie cut, but she called it 'lesbian' hair because my niece who lived with her is. She hated it @ first, but after she started curling the bangs, (her signature curl), and adding lipstick, she was loving it, and she had her authentic smile by Mother's Day (used @ her funeral 2 years later). For she was in her 90's, she was a perfect candidate for a Pixie. She also had 80% platinum.

As for me, I hated it on me, because I have very thick hair. Perfect if your hair is thin, but I prefer long hair on ME. I prefer my platinum to show when I style my hair, in all the right places. Having 1 length cut, prevents that from happening. I prefer 7 different 'look' a week, when I style my hair. I'd get so tired with just one look for months, or years & years!

It really depends on your face and features. I don't think it looks good on most women. A good stylist could help you with that. That said, i also don't think it matters what others think. If you want a pixie cut, go for it.

Some girls can pull it off, but some don't look good in it. Probably best if the girl has straight hair.

Usually, that's too long for me. I think it depends on the guy as well as his face though. Certain guys may pull off long hair and other folks can't.

Personally, I think it looks really cute. It accentuates the neck and seems really easy to maintain. It only seems to look good on more petite girls, though.
