Calories counting help?
Okay so Kraft shredded Mexican four cheese is 100 calories for 1/4 of a cup. If I only have a tablespoon how many calories would that be? This requires someone who's good at math and I'm not good at math lol

one cup is 8 ounces, one ounce is 2 tablespoons. so one cup is 16 tablespoons. 1/4 cup is 4 tablespoons.
so if 1/4 cup is 100 calories and you are eating 1/4 of that, you are getting 25 calories.

There are four tablespoons in 1/4 cup. Even if you are "not good at math," you should be able to divide 4 into 100.

Just take the full serving and measure out how many of the serving you want to use and see how many of the small amounts into the one serving and divide that amount into the amount of calories in the serving, to find out the amount you want to use calories. That's kind of confusing, I hope you can understand that. It made sense in my head :)
