1. Many. One of the best was the Rolling Stones on the Voodoo Lounge tour. Tampa, FL. Great show.
2. Many. Symphony performances, string quartets, etc. Most were interesting but ultimately boring.
3. Live performances sound different from studio recordings. You can only hear what a band really sounds like if you see them live.
4. They give us a break from the humdrum real world and sometimes actually teach us something.
5. I don't listen as much as I used to, but I still write and record some tunes now and then as a hobby. (I was a professional musician for 7 years or so.)
6. Every day or two.
7. Anything on the borderline between jazz and blues. It somehow feels right.
8. 4.
9. It would be sad, but I'd survive. I can always access it in my head.

3. Didn't bother. I don't like music for the performance, I like it for the music.
4. Definitely. Life would be quite different without music. Everything would be so bland, so sad.
5. I am an aspiring producer/composer of cinematic trailer music.
6. All the bloody time.
7. Epic music (also called/includes orchestral, trailer, soundtrack, score, cinematic, neo-classical). It is absolutely GODLY. I am an atheist, but if there was a god, this would be his music. It is amazing, uplifting, goosebump inducing, it is everything that is good about music. It certainly lives up to it's name, it's just EPIC. It's also good for anything, be it motivation, working out, escaping depression, listening enjoyment when you're bored, etc. Some people may not like it though, due to it's lack of lyrics and (most of the time) vocals, but I actually prefer my music without lyrics.
